In imaged portions of upper abdomen, a 210×150×140mm thick-walled collection containing gas bubbles and a curvilinear metallic density structure is noted at right subdiaphragmatic region. The right hemidiaphragm is elevated and subsegmental collapse is noted at right lung base.
A few small mediastinal lymphadenopathies are seen with maximum SAD of 11mm.
Cardiomegaly is present and pulmonary artery trunk is dilated up to 35mm. In addition, atherosclerotic changes are seen at aortic arch.
Degenerative changes as osteophytes are seen at the thoracic spine.
