Postsurgical pelvic pain.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Female

A few small hypo-attenuating masses with peripheral enhancement are seen in the liver, measuring less than 15mm. 
A hyperdense serpiginous foreign body with metallic artifact is observed adjacent to the left ovary. A 53×41mm well-defined soft tissue mass is also present around the mentioned foreign body, most likely consistent with granulation tissue. No surrounding fat stranding is observed. The left ovary is visible medial to the adnexal mass.
Mild degenerative osteophytosis are seen in the lumbar spine.
