there is a well-defined, sharply outlined, hypodense spongiform mass lesion with multiple internal gas bubbles in the right mid-abdomen surrounded by marked fat stranding and mild free fluid
the lesion measures about 8.3cm x 6.6cm x 7.7cm in CC, AP, and TR diameters
multiple enlarged abdominal lymph nodes are seen

The CT features are suggestive of gossypiboma.
