There are large, dense, heterogenous masses within the prepatellar and infrapatellar bursae bilaterally, which demonstrate faint areas of calcification. There are also small suprapatellar effusions bilaterally.

There are large, dense, heterogeneous masses within the olecranon bursa bilaterally, more prominent on the left. There are mild adjacent pressure erosions on the olecranon. There is no joint effusion.
Case Discussion
Periarticular masses with faint areas of calcification represent typical features of gouty tophi, albeit adjacent to uncommon joints in this patient.
