Presentation
Distal thigh pain - few hours.
Patient Data

Defect at the gracilis myotendinous junction resulting in the wavy contour of the adjacent muscle and tendon. It correlated with the site of the maximum pain. The distal tendon is intact. The proximal end of the muscle at the origin was intact.
Distal hamstring tendons, proximal common hamstring tendons, and distal sartorius are intact.
Short-axis cine-loop runs from the proximal to the distal direction.
Case Discussion
The patient presented with a history of an audible snap followed by pain in the distal posteromedial thigh region during passive stretching.
The ultrasound shows a myotendinous junction injury involving the gracilis.
