Abnormal mild right peritrochanteric edema associated with the abnormal intratendinous high signal and part disruption of the right gluteus minimus insertion representing partial thickness tearing of the tendon.

This case demonstrates right gluteus minimus partial tendon tear and distension of the trochanteric bursa, as a cause of greater trochanteric pain syndrome (GTPS)
