Incomplete fracture of the distal radius. The palmar surface is intact. This is greenstick fracture.
Case Discussion
Greenstick fractures are usually mid-diaphyseal. Many people incorrectly call distal radial buckle (torus) fractures greenstick fractures.
However, in this case, the intact cortex is on the concave surface and this is, therefore, a greenstick fracture.
