There is patchy bilateral ground-glass opacity without consolidation. No consolidation or pleural effusion, no mediastinal adenopathy. Minimal pneumomediastinum, no pneumothorax.
Case Discussion
The patient had a positive Covid-19 test and a diagnosis of Covid pneumonia was made. The patchy bilateral ground-glass opacity without consolidation or pleural effusion/adenopathy is typical.
