Presentation

Gunshot injury to the right thigh. Absence of significant external bleeding. The patient underwent CT angiography to check for possible associated vascular injury.

Age: 15 years
Gender: Male

Common femoral artery and deep femoral artery are intact, there is no evidence of injury in large vessels.

Streak artifacts from the bullet fragments.
