Presentation

Left breast palpable mass on physical exam.

Patient Data

Age: 65 years
Gender: Male
mammography

Stranded densities radiating from the nipple are noted in the retro areolar part of the left breast. No internal calcification or parenchymal distortion.

ultrasound

Ultrasound of the left breast reveals hypoechoic angulated strands of tissue extending down from the nipple.

Case Discussion

Features on mammography in a 65-years-old male patient consistent with left gynecomastia, which is not a risk factor for developing male breast cancer.
