Right breast swelling for a few months. Occasional mild pain.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Male

There is presence of glandular breast parenchyma in retro-areolar region; extending to all four quadrants. There is no solid or cystic mass lesion within. There is no ductal dilatation.

Approximate size: craniocaudal  8 cm and axial 8 cm.

There is no axillary adenopathy. Pectoralis muscle is normal. Subcutaneous tissue reveals no abnormality.

There is no gynaecomastia on left (asymptomatic) side.
