All four conventional mammographic views of the breasts.
An asymmetrical subareolar density on the left abuts the posterior margin of the areola.
The findings are virtually pathonomonic of gynecomastia.

Typical findings of gynecomastia. The triangular hypoechoic mass that abuts the posterior margin of the areola is typical of gynecomastia.
