Long standing history of spironolactone use for cardiac disease.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male
mri

Fan-shaped increased retro-areolar fibroglandular tissue in both breasts, left more than right. No enhancing mass or suspicious non mass enhancement on the post contrast images.

Case Discussion

Bilateral gynecomastia, more prominent on the left side, in a 45 year old male with long standing spironolactone use.
