Presentation

The patient presents with a breast lump on the right side, which has been gradually increasing in size over a long duration.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male
ultrasound

Bilateral retro areolar hypoechoic, fan-shaped nodule in the glandular breast parenchyma larger within the right breast, surrounded by normal fatty tissue, with vascularity noted on color Doppler.

No axillary adenopathy is present.

The pectoralis muscle appears normal.

The subcutaneous tissue shows no abnormalities, and there is no skin thickening.

Case Discussion

Findings are consistent with bilateral gynecomastia. This should be further evaluated to search for causes including testicular tumors, hormonal, drugs, and other systemic disease like chronic liver disease.
