Presentation

Bilateral palpable breast mass.

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Male

Bilateral nearly symmetrical increased breast density in the retro areolar region, the density appears as  “flame-shaped” subareolar density radiating from the nipple.

Case Discussion

Gynecomastia is a common cause of breast swelling in the male breast and it is usually bilateral, on mammography, it can be nodular, dendritic, or diffuse-type.
