Right convexity dorsal scoliosis. Multiple dorsolumbar vertebrae show central end plate depressions giving the appearance of H shaped vertebrae. Normal posterior elements. Normal pre and paravertebral soft tissue planes.
Case Discussion
Secondary to the veno occlusive crisis, the infarctions of vertebrae result in central end plate collapse giving the typical H appearance.
