Depressions involving the central portion of endplates of multiple thoracic vertebral bodies giving rise to H shape.

Case Discussion

Focal central vertebral body endplate depression due to microinfarcts gives rise to the H-shaped vertebral sign, found in patients with sickle cell disease.
