Confirms the solitary cystic posterior fossa mass with avidly enhancing peripheral nodule. No restricted diffusion.

Case Discussion

The case shows the classic location and imaging features of a hemangioblastoma - a pilocystic astrocytoma can give a similar appearance, but is usually found in younger patients.
