Presentation
Family history of Von Hippel-Lindau disease, recently discovered renal and pancreatic cysts. An MRI of the brain was requested.

Hemangioblastoma

At the level of the posterior medulla a cyst with homogeneously enhanced mural nodule is demonstrated, the cyst measures 17x21 mm and the enhanced nodule measures 12x9 mm. Normal other examined brain and cervical cord.
Case Discussion
Giving the patient's history of Von Hippel-Lindau disease, the top differential of this lesion was hemangioblastoma of the medulla, which represents only 5% of the this tumor location within the posterior fossa.
