A cerebellar vermian cystic lesion with a superficial solid nodule measuring about 30 x 35 x 40 mm.
The nodule shows water restriction on DWI images and avid enhancement after contrast injection.
No convincing enhancement of the cyst wall.
Case Discussion
The imaging features are highly consistent with the recurrence of the known brain tumor (hemangioblastoma).
