Presentation

Right supra-orbital region painless swelling for the last few months.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Male
ultrasound

There is a lobulated lesion with serpentine compressible channels in the region of interest. There are vascular channels showing intense color flow. There is venous as well as the low-grade arterial flow in the lesion. There are multiple vessels entering/exiting the lesion in almost all directions. The lesion is in the subcutaneous plane. There is no erosion of the underlying cortex of skull vault. There is no extension to the right orbit.
