Presentation

5 months of amenorrhea. Complaining of lower abdominal pain.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Female
ultrasound

Collection with echoes is noted in cervical canal which communicates with smaller endometrial canal collection. Real-time scan shows movements of echo between cervical collection and endometrial echoes.

No cervical mass lesion is noted.

Post Cx dilatation day 1

The residual smaller collection is noted in cervical canal which communicates with endometrial canal collection.

No cervical solid mass lesion is noted.

Tiny cervical nabothian cysts are present.
