Presentation

Hemochromatosis. Wrist and elbow pain bilat.

Patient Data

Age: 46
Gender: Male
x-ray

Chondrocalcinosis in left triangular fibrocartilage.

Mild osteophytic spurring of radial aspects of 3rd metacarpals bilat.

Both are features seen in hemochromatosis (but not specific for it)

Small bone fragments between left 2nd n 3rd metacarpals probably from old fracture of 3rd metacarpal noted.
