History of right sided back/groin pain. Haemophiliac.

Age: 9 years
Gender: Male

Large iliopsoas intramuscular haematoma in a patient with haemophilia. The haematoma extends from iliacus through the main body of the iliopsoas muscle to its insertion distally.
