There are prominent osteoarthritic changes with severe narrowing of the articular fissures, especially in the patellofemoral joint.

Excessive haemosiderin deposits on the synovial layers.

Case Discussion

Frequent recurrent hemarthroses lead to accumulation of the haemosiderin on the synovia, further, it'll damage the secretion of the synovial fluid, that, in turn, promotes early osteoarthritis.
