Diffuse synovial thickening with hypointense signal.

Multiple areas of dark signal at different areas of the joint denoting hemosiderin deposition.

Diffuse narrowing of joint spaces with subchondral bony erosions with hemosiderin content.

Case Discussion

Radiographs and MRI from a patient with hemophilia. Features are consistent with haemophilic arthropathy with hemosiderin stained proliferative synovitis due to repated episodes of hemarthrosis.
