Chronic elbow pain. Known history of haemophilia.

Age: 25
Gender: Male
X-ray

Epiphyseal enlargement of the radial head, loss of joint space and a subtle hemarthrosis indicated by displacement of the posterior fat pad.

Case Discussion

Radiographs showing some of the features of haemophilic arthropathy in this patient with hemophilia. There is epiphyseal enlargement of the radial head, loss of joint space and a subtle hemarthrosis indicated by displacement of the posterior fat pad.
