Presentation

Right knee pain.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Widening of the intercondylar notch, bulbous medial femoral condyle, juxta-articular osteoporosis.

Arthropathic changes evident by narrowing of the joint spaces, marginal osteoophytic lipping and subchondral pseudocystic changes of their articular surfaces.

mri

Diffuse synovial thickening with hypointense signal with multiple areas of dark signal of the joint denoting hemosiderin deposition.

Widening of the femoral intercondylar notch and bulbous medial femoral condyle.

Knee arthropathy evident by diffuse narrowing of joint spaces with subchondral bony erosions and pseudocystic changes.
