PH nephrectomy for Ca kidney. Now headache.

Patient Data

Age: 85
Gender: Male
Modality: CT

Hyperdense mass right temporal lobe with minimal enhancement and surrounding vasogenic oedema consistent with "haemorrhagic" metastasis. Note tumour recurrence in the left renal bed, wound and liver mets.

Modality: MRI

T1 hyperintense mass with central T2 hypointensity and susceptibility artifact with subtle central enhancement consistent with haemorrhagic metastasis.
