Right intra-ovarian cystic lesion with turbid content and fine septations, in keeping with hemorrhagic ovarian cyst, showing peripheral vascularity on color Doppler.

Ultrasound features of an intra-ovarian hemorrhagic cyst with turbid content and fine septations. Peripheral vascularity is due to the compressed ovarian tissues around the cyst.
