Bony prominence is seen on the postero-superior aspect of the calcaneal tuberosity. There is also calcaneal spur in inferior aspect.
Case Discussion
Features are consistent with Haglund deformity which is defined as bony enlargement formed at the posterosuperior aspect of the calcaneum. This deformity leads to retrocalcaneal bursitis.
