- insertional Achilles tendinopathy, retrocalcaneal bursitis and minimal posterior calcaneal marrow edema signal
- bone marrow edema along with posteromedial tibia plafond
- two synovial cysts next to the external opening of sinus tarsi
- bony plantar calcaneal spur

Haglund syndrome refers to the triad (Haglund's triad) of:
- insertional Achilles tendinopathy
- retrocalcaneal bursitis
- Haglund deformity (i.e. posterosuperior calcaneal exostosis)
