  • abnormal increased fluid signal along the course of the Achilles tendon next to the insertion site related to insertional Achilles tendinopathy
  • subtle bone marrow edema at the posterosuperior aspect of the calcaneus
  • retro calcaneal bursitis
  • tendinosis of extensor digitorum longus associated with multilocular synovial cyst next to tendon sheath measuring about 15*20 mm
  • calcaneal spur

  • subtle subchondral bone marrow signal changes at the insertion site of the achilles tendon
