Normal alignment at the ACJ and GHJ. No definite aggressive lesion. No evidence of fractures.
Case Discussion
This is a normal left shoulder X-ray with the exception of hair artifact seen on the frontal view.
This is a well-illustrated case of hair artifact which can mimic surgical emphysema given the history of recent trauma.
