Hallux valgus of the right foot. No fracture or dislocation seen.
Case Discussion
Radiographs for assessment of hallux valgus should be attained with the patient in a weight bearing position. This allows for proper assessment of the alignment of the foot as non weight bearing films tend to over and underrate the deformation in their early and advanced stages respectively1.
