AP, oblique and lateral weight-bearing radiographs of both feet show lateral deviation of the great toe and medial deviation of the first metatarsal. Soft tissue prominence is present over the medial aspect of the first metatarsal head.

Bilateral hallux valgus deformity, more severe on the left foot.
