Right lambdoid suture diastasis with subgaleal and extradural hematomas.

Right transverse sinus not hyperdense.

Right cerebellar tentorium subdural hematoma.

Bilateral basal frontal and right temporopolar hemorrhagic contusions.

A small amount of subarachnoid hemorrhage in the right basal frontal lobe.

Obstruction of right mastoid cells and petrous temporal bone transverse fracture.
