Healed non-ossifying fibroma

Radiographs of the right ankle joint demonstrate a well-defined cortical based sclerotic lesion involving the distal diaphysis of the right tibia. No soft tissue component, cortical breakthrough or periosteal reaction.
Case Discussion
This is a nonaggressive lesion and likely to represent a healing non-ossifying fibroma.
