Healing left 6th-8th rib fractures (anterior).
Bilateral atelectasis. Small right pleural effusion. NGT appropriately positioned.
Case Discussion
Three-year-old toddler with a history of seizures found unresponsive by the caregiver. On examination, the child was unresponsive with minor bruises and abrasions. CT demonstrated healing rib fractures. Non-accidental injury was suspected.
