Presentation

Right flank pain.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Female
ct

A 70×65 mm cyst is noted at right adrenal gland. Small marginal calcified focus is noted at upper aspect of cyst and there is focal mild wall thickening at its posteroinferior aspect.

Case Discussion

The patient underwent surgical resection that confirmed an organizing re-endothelialised hematoma; hemorrhagic adrenal cyst
