Hemorrhagic dacryocystitis

Cystic distention of the left side lacrimal sac containing dense fluid is seen. Note also right eye has no native lens and a relatively large AP length of the right eye with a thin uveo-scleral layer. Cerebral ventricles are also dilated.
Case Discussion
The case illustrates hemorrhagic dacryocystitis which is rare and usually due to long-standing nasolacrimal duct obstruction complicated by infection.
