Multifocal grouping of small lesions with low on T1 and iso/high on T2 signal intensity, which gradually coalesces into the larger lesions are seen at right liver lobe and left lobe medial division more suggestive for abscess formation.
There is a 75*90 mm large collection at the right subhepatic region surrounded by fat stranding and marked inflammatory changes due to intra abdominal abscess formation.
Case Discussion
Regarding the multiplicity of the liver mass lesions, large subhepatic collection and clinical symptoms, liver abscesses formation in the background of the intraabdominal collection is the most probable diagnosis.
