Septic patient. History of recent cholecystectomy

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Male

There is a larga multiloculated hypodense lesions with peripheral enhancement. The left hepatic vein is not opacified contrast confirming the presence of a thrombus extending into the inferior vena cava. Note is also made of pneumobilia and free fluid in the abdominal cavity.
