Hepatic carcinoid

A large mass with solid and cystic component and well-defined lobulated margin is present at liver. After IV contrast, its solid components show heterogeneous enhancement, without any centripetal pattern.
Case Discussion
The patient underwent ultrasound guided core needle biopsy and then mass resection. Histopathology and IHC evaluation confirms hepatic carcinoid which is a rare tumor.
