Pregnant female. On routine U/S done for pregnancy follow up, multiple bilobar hepatic focal lesions were detected. MRI was done.

Imaging findings
Best diagnostic clue; Coalescent peripheral hepatic nodules with target appearance & capsular retraction.
• Size: varies from small tumor nodules to large confluent masses
