Presentation

Follow-up of a known case of follicular lymphoma stage IIIA on watchful waiting regimen.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Female

The non-enhanced CT scan shows multiple hypoattenuating lesions in the liver.

The contrast-enhanced CT scans show peripheral, discontinuous, nodular, progressive enhancement with progressive centripetal fill-in in portal venous and delayed phases, highly suggestive of hemangiomas.

Case Discussion

This case shows an incidental finding of multiple typical radiological, pathognomonic features of hepatic hemangiomas.
