The non-enhanced CT scan shows multiple hypoattenuating lesions in the liver.
The contrast-enhanced CT scans show peripheral, discontinuous, nodular, progressive enhancement with progressive centripetal fill-in in portal venous and delayed phases, highly suggestive of hemangiomas.
Case Discussion
This case shows an incidental finding of multiple typical radiological, pathognomonic features of hepatic hemangiomas.
