Hepatic hemangioma

Two hypodense rounded hepatic lesions are noted on left lobe (segment II). They are hypoenhancing on arterial phase, with peripheral nodular enhancement on portovenous phase, and partial fill-in on delayed phase, suggestive of hepatic hemangiomas.

They are homogeneous hypointense on T1 with no loss of signal on T1 out-of-phase sequence and high signal on diffusion-weighted imaging.
