Two hypodense rounded hepatic lesions are noted on left lobe (segment II). They are hypoenhancing on arterial phase, with peripheral nodular enhancement on portovenous phase, and partial fill-in on delayed phase, suggestive of hepatic hemangiomas.

Two rounded hepatic lesions of left lobe segment II with homogeneous hyperintense T2 signal and no fat suppression. They are homogeneous hypointense on T1 with no loss of signal on T1 out-of-phase sequence and high signal on diffusion-weighted imaging. They are hypoenhancing on arterial phase, with peripheral nodular enhancement on portovenous phase, and partial fill-in on delayed phase, suggestive of hepatic hemangiomas.
