Presentation

Echogenic liver mass on the left lobe found on ultrasound examination.

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Female

There is a large lobulated solid hypoattenuating mass showing centripetal progressive contrast enhancement that becomes homogeneous on the delayed acquisition. 

Case Discussion

The combination of the ultrasound and CT findings are consistent with hemangioma. 

Hepatic hemangiomas are the most common primary benign liver neoplasms.
