Well-defined mass the segment VIII of the liver showing early-arterial nodular peripheral discontinuous enhancement with centripetal filling in portal-venous and delayed phases. The enhancement pattern is similar to the aorta in all phases.
The rest of the remnant part of the liver is normal. No evidence of chronic liver parenchymal disease. No portal vein thrombosis. No portal vein hypertension.
Case Discussion
The features are typical for hepatic hemangioma.
