Presentation

Right upper quadrant pain.

Patient Data

Age: 15 years
Gender: Female
ultrasound

Well defined anechoic cystic lesion in the right lobe of the liver. Intracystic sloughed membranes noted. Few echogenic foci within the wall of the cyst

No intra hepatic biliary duct dilatation.

Mild pleural effusion in the right pleural cavity.
